Om shanti

Goodbye Vince

I had such plans for tonight. I was going to post some more to LJ about the about my adventures at IML (while it is still fresh in my mind). I was going to finish off some of those many many leather projects that I have on the work bench.

I got home from the Airport, changed closed and headed off to work. I went right out to the Chadsworth office because they were having some printer problems. While I was there, my boss, Jo delivered the new fax machine. I set it up and I was out of there by 14:30. I got back to the office and Ben came over to me and asked if this was the same guy that I knew. He opened the obituary page and there was Vince's picture. I thought I was going to drop. I know it has been a while since I last saw him, but it still hurts.

Vincent Knedgen, 48, passed away on Saturday, May 26 in Tulsa, OK. Vince left behind is partner Charlie and his daughter Marisa, along with many friends and loved ones in Wichita and Tulsa. Vince was one of the founding members of the Tulsa Driller Bears. Services will be held in his home town of Parsons, KS on Thursday, May 31.

Goodbye Vince, Peace be with you.
